At Whimzly, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 Days of receiving your order.
Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund Processing Time:
Please allow 15 Days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 2 Days of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
- Any item returned without prior approval
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
